In oriental medicine, the feet are referred to as the body's "second heart" – they help pump blood back to the heart and ensure good circulation. IR Foot Sauna Maxi is specially designed for people over 178 cm and provides extra space for a comfortable and effective treatment. This model offers powerful far-infrared heat (FIR) that penetrates up to five times deeper into the body than traditional heat, and may provide targeted relief from pain, stiffness and swelling in the feet and legs.
The sauna has carbon heating elements in the side walls and base, and a wooden plate with 28 tourmaline stones that channel the heat deeper into the feet. Tourmaline releases negative ions and infrared waves when heated, which enhances the heating effect, improves blood circulation and may help reduce inflammation.
IR Foot Sauna Maxi reaches up to 65°C in 5–10 minutes and has a power consumption of just 0.3 kW per hour. The temperature and treatment time (up to 60 minutes) are easily controlled via the control panel on top. To retain the heat, specially sewn curtains are included for the opening, fastened with velcro, or you can use a towel.

How to use IR Foot Sauna Maxi
- • Place the foot sauna on a flat and stable surface.
- • Connect to power using an earthed socket.
- • Switch on the device with the on/off button.
- • Set the desired temperature (up to 65 °C) and time (up to 60 min).
- • Use the curtains provided, or a towel, to cover the opening and keep the heat in.
- • Once the desired temperature is reached, place your feet inside the sauna.
- • Drink plenty of water during and after use.
- • Switch off the foot sauna and unplug it after use.
- • If you have sweated a lot, wash your feet or take a shower.
