Help with Raynaud’s syndrome
“I strongly believe that after ten weeks of infrared sauna use, my body has better circulation and more energy.”
Out of 700 applicants, Radiant Health has selected 10 amazing individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and starting points to embark on an infrared health journey. For 10 weeks, they will share their experiences and observations through text and images.
You will follow elite athletes seeking better recovery and performance, professionals who want to experiment on themselves, individuals with rheumatism looking for pain relief and more energy in their daily lives, those with hypothyroidism and weight loss goals, and people aiming for better overall health. Does IR sauna help with exhaustion after life tragedies and infectious diseases? These are some of the questions the participants seek answers to. You will receive updates after three, six, and 10 weeks.
"It's going to be incredibly exciting. I felt an overwhelming euphoria over the engagement as applications poured in. Now I look forward to following the selected participants on their personal health journey with an infrared sauna," says founder Siw Hansson Kaulbach enthusiastically. Do you want to join the infrared health journey from the sidelines? Start taking saunas regularly and feel free to share with #infraredhealthjourney and tag @radianthealth_sauna. "I think it's great fun to see and hear everyone's personal experiences. I and the rest of the Radiant Health team will be your biggest cheerleaders."
Meet all 10 participants in the Infrared Health Journey, one year after they tested infrared sauna for 10 weeks. Read the one-year update.
