Welcome to Radiant Health! We are proud to offer quality products in infrared heating. To ensure a safe and predictable transaction, all purchases made via www.radianthealth.no  are regulated by the following terms and conditions.

By shopping with us, you accept these terms, which, along with the order confirmation, form the basis of the purchase agreement. We recommend you read them carefully before making a purchase.

These terms comply with Norwegian law, including the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the E-commerce Act. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer but provide an overview of the key rights and obligations related to your purchase.

Buyer: The person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer".


Delivery Terms

We send all orders with PostNord for safe and efficient delivery throughout Norway.

  • Free shipping on orders over 1,000,- NOK
  • For orders under 1,000,- NOK, shipping is 149,- NOK
  • Home delivery can be selected for an additional 249,- NOK on orders over 1,000,- NOK
  • Business delivery can be selected for an additional 199,- NOK on orders over 1,000,- NOK
  • You can choose your preferred pickup location when ordering

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email, allowing you to easily follow your package all the way.

Delivery time: Normally 2–5 business days in Norway, depending on the postal address. 

Pre-orders: For pre-ordered items, we will ship the order as soon as it is available, and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery time. If the delivery is delayed, you will be informed as soon as possible. In case of significant delays, you have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. If you order other in-stock products at the same time, the entire order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item is ready so that everything can be delivered together.

Unclaimed packages: Please note that unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of up to 500,- NOK, covering return shipping and handling costs.

Collection: Goods cannot be collected or returned directly at our warehouse. All shipments are sent via PostNord.

Delivery to Sweden and Denmark

We offer delivery to both Sweden and Denmark under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that all customs and duty costs are included in the price you see in the online store, and you, as the customer, avoid unforeseen fees upon delivery.

All prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK), and the total amount at checkout includes all costs related to shipping, customs, and duties.

Delivery time to Sweden and Denmark is normally 3–7 business days, depending on the postal address and any border and logistics conditions.

For orders to Sweden or Denmark, the same right of withdrawal, complaint, and warranty schemes apply as for Norwegian customers, unless otherwise explicitly stated.


Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Exchanges

We always do our best to ensure you are satisfied with our products. If you change your mind, you have the right to exercise our 60-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

To return a product, you must complete our return form. Our customer service will then contact you within two business days with further instructions. If you have any questions, you can contact us at support@radianthealth.no.


Return Fee

A return fee will apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The fee depends on the product's size and will normally be between 150–500 NOK. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.


Conditions for Right of Withdrawal

For the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must be in a condition that allows Radiant Health to resell it. This means:

  • Return must occur within 60 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must be securely packed in its original packaging.
  • If the original packaging is damaged or missing, an additional cost will be incurred.
  • The barcode on the outside of the box must be intact.
  • The product can be opened and carefully examined, but it should not be turned on or used.
  • Our products are considered hygiene products, and the right of withdrawal lapses if the product has been used.
  • We will inspect and check the product once it has returned to the warehouse.
  • Refund/exchange will be processed once the item is received and approved.

If the product is opened, we ask you to:

  • Not tape up the inner gift box.
  • Only use clear tape on the brown outer box.
  • Not write directly on the box.

If the packaging is damaged, a deduction may be applied to the refund based on the reduced resale value.


Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages are not covered by our 60-day right of withdrawal or return policy.
For unclaimed packages, a fee of up to 500 NOK will apply, covering return shipping and handling costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount upon repayment.


Exchange for Another Product/Size

If you wish to exchange for another product or size, please return the product you purchased and place a new order.


Formation of Agreement

A binding agreement between you and Radiant Health is entered into when we confirm your order via an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel the order or parts of it if the product is sold out or in the event of any typing or printing errors. In such cases, you will be informed and given the opportunity to accept changes or cancel the order.

Radiant Health AS does not guarantee that all items in the Radiant Health online store are in stock at the time of ordering. If an item is not available, we will contact you by phone or email.

Radiant Health AS cannot guarantee that all content on the website is free of errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to change the content of the website at any time.

Parts of the services on the website are provided by external organizations. When Radiant Health acts as an intermediary for such services, we cannot be held responsible for errors arising from their activities.

Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT). The total cost includes any shipping costs and is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer the following payment options via Dintero:

  • VIPPS
  • Klarna (invoice and partial payment)

Discounts and Campaigns

Radiant Health occasionally offers discounts, campaigns, and benefits for members of selected organizations or partners. These discounts do not apply to newly launched products or items already discounted.

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and apply only to private individuals. Campaigns and member discounts are time-limited and may be changed or terminated without notice. If you purchased a product before a campaign started, no subsequent price adjustment will be granted.

Incorrect pricing: In case of technical errors or incorrectly stated discounts, Radiant Health reserves the right to cancel the order.


Complaint

If the product has a defect or deficiency, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. A complaint must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. 

You have a 2-year right to complain from the day you receive the item. The right to complain applies to defects not caused by improper use, accidents, insufficient maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

The right to complain does not apply to products received free of charge through competitions, gift campaigns, or collaborations.


Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as war, natural disasters, strikes, or similar, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone deliveries.


Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are subject to Norwegian law. We always aim to resolve any disputes amicably, but if this is not possible, the matter can be brought before the Consumer Disputes Committee or Norwegian courts.
