In oriental medicine, the feet are referred to as the body's "second heart" – they help pump blood back to the heart and maintain good circulation. The IR Foot Sauna is designed to provide a powerful and comfortable infrared heat treatment for your feet and legs, whether you stand and walk a lot in your daily life, experience pain, or want faster recovery after exercise.
With temperatures up to 65 °C, the foot sauna heats up in just 5–10 minutes. Far infrared heat penetrates up to five times deeper into the body than traditional heat, providing noticeable relief from pain, stiffness, and swelling. At the bottom, you'll find a wooden plate with 28 tourmaline stones that conduct heat deeper into the feet, enhancing the effect and promoting better blood circulation.
Built from solid hemlock wood with infrared carbon heating elements in the side walls and bottom, the foot sauna is both durable and energy-efficient – with only 0.3 kW power consumption per hour. It has a timer setting up to 60 minutes and is easily controlled via a control panel on top. To retain heat, you can use the included curtains, attached with velcro, or a towel.
You can use the IR Foot Sauna anywhere you have access to electricity – in your home office, in front of the TV, or on the patio – and enjoy complete relaxation while blood circulation increases and your body feels lighter.
The product is also available in a Maxi variant, specially designed for individuals over 178 cm, providing extra space and optimal comfort during treatment.

How to use Infrared Foot Sauna
- • Place the foot sauna on a flat and stable surface.
- • Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
- • Press the on/off button.
- • Set the desired temperature (up to 65 °C) and time (up to 60 minutes).
- • Cover the opening with the curtains or a towel for faster heating.
- • Once the temperature is reached, place your feet in the sauna.
- • Drink plenty of water during and after use.
- • Turn off the foot sauna and unplug it after use.
- • If you have sweated a lot, take a shower or wash your feet.
