IR Sauna Cocoon LumaRed gives you a luxurious spa experience at home, lying down and completely surrounded by deep, therapeutic heat. The sauna consists of three separate parts: a therapy mat with 144 jade stones and two curved tunnels with 90 tourmaline stones and 90 germanium stones, together providing 360-degree far-infrared heat (FIR) and powerful red light therapy.
The red light therapy consists of 12 high-power bulbs - six with 600 nm red light and six with 850 nm near-infrared light. These wavelengths are known to be able to stimulate cell renewal, improve blood circulation and activate the body's natural repair processes – a treatment previously reserved for exclusive spas and clinics.
With the separate control box, you can adjust temperature and light in each zone independently. The tunnels have temperature adjustment from 25-90 °C, and the mat from 25-70 °C. You can choose to heat the whole body, only the upper body, only the lower body – or just the mat. Use the sauna for pure relaxation, meditation, recovery or targeted treatment for pain and stiffness.
Although the Lie-down Sauna is portable, it weighs a total of 29 kg (incl. control box), and is best suited to a fixed spot at home or in a clinic. The upper tunnel section has wheels and can be rolled aside when you lie down. For optimal hygiene and comfort, you should always lie on towels.
An infrared sauna offers many documented benefits: increased blood circulation, powerful detoxification, strengthening of the immune system, increased calorie burning, pain relief, deeper sleep and healthier skin. IR Sauna Cocoon LumaRed combines this with the benefits of red light therapy - for a complete health and well-being solution.
IR Sauna Cocoon LumaRed was previously called "Infrared Lie-down Sauna".
