- • Use the two fiberglass poles to tension the sauna – one at floor level and one at chest level.
- • Place the foot mat on the foam mattress and attach the red light panels to the front wall using Velcro.
- • Place the chair inside the sauna, but avoid placing it on the foot mat.
- • Connect the power cord and turn on the sauna using the remote control. Adjust the temperature and time, and preheat the sauna for 10 minutes before use. Close all openings during preheating.
- • For hygiene, use three towels: one on the floor, one on the chair, and one around your neck.
- • The sauna has three heating zones that can be adjusted individually via the remote control:
- • * SAUNA: Turns the heating elements on/off.
- • * LIGHT: Turns the red light (NIR and red light panels) on/off.
- • * FOOT: Turns the heat in the foot mat on/off.
- • Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session. Start with 30 minutes, three times a week, and then increase as needed.
NB: For the best possible experience and long lifespan of the sauna, we recommend that you always unplug it when not in use and avoid using it while folded. Place it in a dry location, away from water splashes and moisture, and ensure that both the cord and plug are in good condition. We recommend using the heat mat on a heat-resistant surface and avoiding sensitive floors and carpets such such as wool, leather, or certain plastic materials.
