How to use IR Sauna Blanket Breeze
- • Lay the sauna blanket flat on a heat-resistant and well-ventilated surface. Make sure it is fully unfolded and wrinkle-free before turning it on.
- • Connect to power and turn on using the remote control. Set your desired temperature (up to 80 °C) and time (up to 60 minutes, 30–50 minutes recommended).
- • Wear cotton clothing, use a towel, or a duvet cover inside the blanket to protect the interior and for hygienic use.
- • Lie down in the blanket and close the zipper. For faster heating, you can close the blanket 5–10 minutes before getting in, but never leave it on for more than 15 minutes without anyone inside.
- • Adjust the temperature as needed – low heat for relaxation and pain relief, higher temperature for sweating, detox, and increased metabolism.
- • Do not use the blanket with wool blankets, fleece, or other materials that can overheat.
- • After use, turn off, unplug, and allow the blanket to cool completely while open before storing it in the included carrying bag.
