Product guide: Sit-in sauna
Considering a sit-in sauna? One of our sit-in saunas is recommended for those who like to sit and watch a TV series or work on their PC while taking a sauna. A folding chair is included with all sit-in saunas. You can choose between different materials and sizes. The bamboo fabric (Moso bamboo) is more environmentally friendly and has moisture-absorbing, breathable, and antibacterial properties. Polyester is very insulating, easy to wash, and resistant to strong sunlight.

Size guide
We recommend Maxi for people who are 182 cm and taller. Note that tall women (180 cm and taller) sometimes prefer the large version if they have long legs. The Maxi model is 7 cm taller, 10 cm wider, and 5 cm deeper than the Basic/Standard.
Sharing in a household
Are several people (of different heights) going to share the sauna? Read more about considerations you should take HERE (point 29).
Product guide: Sauna blanket
In a sauna blanket, you get excellent relaxation, as you lie flat and wrapped in warmth. It does not feel clammy, as you lie in a duvet cover or workout clothes to absorb sweat. The heat is distributed throughout the blanket. All sauna blankets reach up to approx. 80 °C. You should like being completely wrapped up like a "burrito" :)

Sit-in sauna or sauna blanket?
Health benefits and relief are similar. Both have time intervals of 1–60 min. Sit-in sauna: max approx. 65 °C. Sauna blanket: max approx. 80 °C, but the perceived heat is roughly the same since the heating occurs in different ways (carbon elements in sit-in sauna, carbon fiber cables in sauna blankets). Some sweat more in a sit-in sauna – this is individual.
If you want to sit, use your arms, watch TV, or have more air around your body – choose a sit-in sauna. If you want to be wrapped up, close your eyes, completely unwind, and get maximum relaxation – choose a sauna blanket. Read more about differences and similarities HERE (point 30).
Product guide: Lie-down sauna
We also offer a larger lie-down solution (sauna dome) composed of two tunnels and a therapy mat with 144 jade stones. This goes up to approx. 90 °C and has 3 heat zones – a good alternative if you don't want to be wrapped in a sauna blanket.
Read more about dimensions, heat zones, temperature, weight, etc. HERE (point 33).
Product guide: Mats
IR Therapy Mat
IR Therapy Mat consists of 144 jade stones, which conduct infrared heat particularly well and have therapeutic properties – especially for pain relief, relaxation, and everyday relief. You normally don't sweat as much as in a sauna, but you achieve deep local heat.
IR Yoga Mat
IR Yoga Mat is the right choice if you want to do yoga at home – everything from Hot, Flow, and Power Yoga to Yin and Medi Yoga. Also great for relaxation and stretching, with a stable surface that provides good support for all yoga poses.
Product guide: Foot sauna
For cold calves/feet, poor circulation, or restless legs, our foot saunas provide deep and fast local heat that can provide relief and increased circulation. Two sizes:
IR Foot Sauna (up to approx. 178 cm) | IR Foot Sauna Maxi (over approx. 178 cm)
Product guide: Targeted heat treatment
Products for targeted heat where you need it:
IR HeatMeUp – infrared heat belt for local heat treatment for back, hips, and abdomen.
IR HeatHug – infrared heat vest that provides deep heat and pain relief for neck, shoulders, back, and chest; increases blood circulation and is good for tension between the shoulder blades, stiff back, or tension headaches.
IR Therapy Ellipse – used in a sitting or lying position over areas that need heating.

There is no single right answer when choosing a sauna. It will always be personal, but hopefully, the choice has now become a little easier.
Remember that this overview is not exhaustive and that you may have other/additional considerations to take into account. If you have health challenges and are unsure whether you can use a sauna/bath, consult your doctor.
