"What? Is that true?" exclaims a surprised, overwhelmed, and happy founder upon receiving the news that both she personally and Radiant Health are nominated—and semi-finalists—in 3 categories at this year's HER Awards.

"It's incredibly exciting to be in the semi-finals with so many talented female entrepreneurs. I feel grateful and humble," smiles Siw, who still hasn't fully processed the announcement.
Motivated by positive feedback
For 11 years, the founder has paved the way for today's sauna culture in Norway, especially concerning infrared saunas. In recent years, interest in infrared heat has exploded. Radiant Health is currently a leader in the Nordic region in its field. In Norway, Radiant Health collaborates with nine different health and interest organizations.
"There's magic in every drop of sweat, and I'm not talking about witchcraft," laughs Siw.
She is motivated by the positive feedback she receives from satisfied customers every day.
"I get great joy from doing what I do, a real kick, when I have to think of or create something new, whether it's on the drawing board or the visual aspects, the communication around it, or creating content. I am still involved in absolutely every process."
