The Infrared SaunaPod LumaRed offers advanced full-spectrum infrared technology and red light therapy. Both infrared heat and red light have different wavelengths within the electromagnetic spectrum, each with its unique health benefits.
The Infrared SaunaPod LumaRed is equipped with advanced full-spectrum infrared technology and red light, covering wavelengths in the range from 630 nm (red light) to 850 nm (near-infrared light), as well as from approximately 5000 nm to 14,000 nm (far-infrared heat). The IR SaunaPod LumaRed Irradiance is 145 mW/cm2 measured at a distance of 5 mm.

Red light, which is visible to us, is mainly absorbed in the upper layers of the skin and stimulates collagen production.
